Stop motion Frankenstein test.

Can’t figure out how to export the gif from this cheap tablet app, so I recorded the loop on my iPhone. Worked out okay because the current storm provided a soundtrack. It’s no real set up other than scrap paper background and a lamp.

Ah, spring!

Doc Savage September 1936

Doc’s machine pistol

Cool gun graphic.

Craig promises his wife he’ll ask his boss about the raise he’s been waiting for, instead he gets laid off and finds an eviction notice on his door. Not knowing what to do he goes to a local bar to get a drink and figure out how to explain to his wife and baby he no longer has a job and they’re about to be evicted. At the bar he runs into an old friend, Vince, who’s now in the collections business. After a few drinks they are invited to the table of Craig and his wife Violet who are celebrating Violet’s birthday.  Craig proposes they all celebrate Violet’s birthday with a fun game of harmless dares and challenges and he’ll reward the winner of each round with MONEY! Lot’s of money! Money that could solve Craig’s current problems! Money that could help Vince get out of the collections racket! Craig and Vince decide to play the game. The game turns out to be as fun and harmless as you’d expect.Really enjoyed the darkness of this flick, hilarious and unpleasant usually at the same time! It’s probably not for everybody but I’m still going to recommend it highly to everyone anyway.

This was new for me. In the best way. Creating a poster for a brand new film I had no history of watching numerous times over and over again like I have with all of my other posters. I got to watch the POV film and interpret it into an image that captured the film while keeping a lot of the…
